Q: How much is that then?

A: All of our kitchens are made to suit your needs. There are many different options for you to help you keep to your personal budgets, you have the options of different colour carcasses, and different colour and styles of doors, which all come priced differently. Without knowing the size of the area your looking to fill it is very difficult to give you a price. You are more than welcome to pop in to our showrooms or send us an email with your sizes on, or you can arrange for a free, no obligation quote today.

Q: Can I buy just doors?

A: Yes we can provide anything you need whether it’s a single handle, appliance, or a full kitchen, we can help you with anything you need. If you fancy giving your kitchen a new lease of life, why not consider just changing the worktops?

Q: How much does it cost to have a designer out?

A: We offer a free no obligation design service, where our designer will visit your home and show you a design using bespoke virtual reality program on their computer, that way you get to have an idea of how your kitchen will look when completed.

Q: I live in Cardiff, can you help?

A: Yes, we deal with kitchens, bedroom and bathroom supplies and fits even as far as London. We can help you where ever you are.

Q: I have my own fitter can I just buy the kitchen from you?

A: Yes, although we do have regular fitters we use, we can also provide supply only kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. We even offer a competitive discount for supply kitchens, ready assembled* all with 8mm hard wood back carcasses, and high quality doors, of your choosing. If you have your own tradesman who is signed up to our trade membership program, then the discount is even more! We also offer full support for your own fitters, so if they need any help or advise during fitting we’re her to help.

Q: What is the difference between Eco and Colonial?

A: The Eco range and Colonial range of kitchens are all exactly the same quality, with 8mm hard wood backs. The only difference is with the Colonial range the carcasses are colour matching. Eco kitchens are all supplied on white carcasses, where the white carcasses are mass manufactured they are less expensive.

Q: How long will I have to wait for installation?

A: This all depends on the current work load of our fitters more often than not we work on a six week lead time, however it’s always worth checking with us on current lead times. Supply only job’s are on a lot shorter lead time, More often or not we are able to supply a kitchen withing 7-14 days if required. However some items are kept in stock and maybe available the same day.

Q: How long will installation take?

A: This all depends on the size of the kitchen, If building works are required it can take 2-3 weeks but generally our kitchens are installed within one week.

Q: Do you take away the rubbish?

A: Yes, However we have to charge due to new regulations brought in from the council. Items that are able to be recycled will be bagged up by your fitter to be put out on your normal recycling day. We are unable to remove tiles, appliances cannot be taken if the customer is supplying their own. We are unable to remove white goods, collection must be made with your local council for removal.

Q: Can you do tiling, plastering etc?

A: Yes, we have tilers, electricians, plumbers and plasterers all under one roof. We can project manage every stage of your kitchen installation that came through Alpha Kitchens.
